The rating names can be confusing to some, for sure, that's why it was kind of nice to get to Master Instructor (sounds pretty good, huh?) :) Eventually, I'm hoping to be a Course Director, which again, doesn't have quite the ring to it to the untrained ear. Maybe they should come out with a Master Course Director level. I ran into this all the time, even from certified divers.
